LobbyCentral NX, where NX means 'next', has been released and is now available for download.
This version represents our largest release of LobbyCentral which includes three new modules and web based components.
With the introduction of the online reservation system, LobbyCentral NX gives customers the convenience of scheduling service appointments from anywhere on the internet.
Another new module is the Report Writer, where users can create customized reports. These reports can be uploaded to the internal web site. Now that the Report Manager has been converted into a web based application, any user can run reports using Internet Explorer.
For companies who do not need all of LobbyCentral NX's modules, they can purchase just the Service Center module to provide the software queuing aspect of the product.
