LobbyCentral 4.0.8

An update for Service Center has been released.

The latest version provides the ability to hide the service description of a pending service request. For example, if running an incentive program, it prevents the user from picking and choosing services.

The update is available free of charge to maintenance agreement holders at http://www.thinkfsi.com/customerCentral

LobbyDeck 1.0 Released

We have just released our latest queueing product, LobbyDeck.

LobbyDeck was designed for companies that only need basic customer tracking functions. That is to check-in a customer and then check them out.

It has several built-in reports with the option to order additional reports from FSi.

So what's the difference between LobbyDeck and LobbyCentral? LobbyDeck is licensed by user and better suited for smaller companies. LobbyCentral is licensed by location allowing more system users.

LobbyDeck only provides queueing while LobbyCentral can handle appointments, reservations, visitor tracking, and cross-sell tracking.

So why did we release a strip-down queueing solution? Cost.

Smaller companies that want to get rid of their paper sign-in system can purchase LobbyDeck for as little as $899. This provides a full system for 5 users. Additional license packs can be purchased starting at just $100 for ten users.

Check out LobbyDeck with our free 30-day trial download. Visit www.thinkfsi.com and click Downloads in the blue bar.

Del Norte FCU Selects LobbyCentral and VRMCentral

FSi is pleased to welcome Del Norte Federal Credit Union to its growing customer base.

When Del Norte FCU decided that they wanted to implement an electronic queueing system for their offices, a special committee began a detailed study of existing queueing vendors and their solutions. In the end Del Norte selected LobbyCentral among several other vendors.

"Del Norte's decision to implement a queueing solution represents a growing tend that many financial institutions are moving towards", says Jaime Fuhr, President and CEO of FSi. "As competition for banking consumers in the financial sector increases, the need to provide quick and timely service is absolutely essential. LobbyCentral will allow Del Norte to track how many members are visiting their branches and how long customer service is taking. With this kind of business intelligence, Del Norte can allocate staff to balance traffic during the peak hours and at busier locations."

In addition to LobbyCentral, Del Norte has also selected VRMCentral for its vendor risk management system.

VRMCentral is FSi's latest software technology that provides comprehensive vendor and contract task management. VRMCentral not only manages the complete details of a vendor and associated contracts, but document files and vendor issues as well.

To learn more about LobbyCentral or VRMCentral, visit http://www.thinkfsi.com or contact Sales to arrange an online demonstration.

EmployeeDeck 1.0 Released

FSi has released its newest software product, EmployeeDeck version 1.0.

EmployeeDeck is an employee in-out board and message delivery system. Resembling an instant messenger program, EmployeeDeck features a user-friendly interface that allows employees to set their current status, such as 'Busy' or 'Away'. Additional status information, such as 'in meeting until 3' can also be set.

EmployeeDeck's messaging system features instant delivery of a message to an employee's desktop. Unlike email or an IM, which has to be opened, an EmployeeDeck message automatically displays on the user's screen. When the message is closed, an acknowledgement is sent back to the sender.

In addition to sending a message, EmployeeDeck also has a visitor announcement feature. The receptionist can select the employee from the list, and enter the visitor's name and company to announce their arrival. In the same fashion as a message, the visitor announcement is displayed on the user's desktop.

EmployeeDeck's message forwarding system will automatically redirect an idle user's message or visitor announcement to their SMS enabled device, such as a mobile phone.

FSi completes integration project for CardWare International

CardWare International, a credit card equipment and service company located in Heath, Ohio has officially launched its new online store developed by FSi.

www.cardwarestore.biz allows customers to purchase equipment previously only available by calling the company directly. A customer can browse CardWare's entire inventory, view pictures of the products, and obtain technical information.

The web store integrates with the company's accounting and inventory system to provide a turn-key ecommerce solution.

CardWare previously used a store that was a hosted solution that required maintenance of inventory and pricing on two systems. Because of the time involved in maintaining two inventory databases, the previous store did not contain all available inventory items.

By using a solution that connects directly to their CRM, CardWare eliminated the time and need to maintain two systems. In addition, all inventory items are available for purchase.

CardWare's online store is www.cardwarestore.biz
